Delivery service

Products are delivered by SF Express
Order will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days after the order is completed.
Made-to-Measure items will be shipped within 14 to 21 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks after order confirmation.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Shipping fees will vary per currency and will be automatically displayed depending on your location. Unfortunately, we do not cover duties or taxes.
Local: Free shipping on orders over HKD $1500.
International: Free shipping on orders over HKD$4500.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective goods.
The item must be in original condition and cannot be used.
If items are exhausted in our stock, we will promptly refund any payment you have made.
Exchanges for defective items are accepted within 7 days, For assistance, please contact officialceem@gmail.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.
CEEM reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated Return Policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.
